- Fully refundable or exchangeable all purchase in 7 days from the date of purchase except opened box items, customized pre-ordered items and damaged by customers(Shipping cost excluded). All policy will follow under NZ Consumer Guarantee Act.
- All products come with 1 year warranty. It covers product quality and safety issue. However, we do not cover defected items by customer misuse, assembly fault and unauthorized modifications.
